Having flown nearly around the world, Texas millionaire LindaFinch is impressed - not by the strange local customs she found ather landing spots, but with the sophisticated people she encounteredalong the way.

"I had a street child in India who could explain how the windgoes across the wing and makes an airplane fly. I didn't expect theattention all the way around the world. They really heard ourmessage."After resting in Hawaii and taking her "first hot bath in aweek," Finch is scheduled to depart Tuesday for Oakland, Calif.,where she began her circumnavigation of the globe March 17.The flight from Hawaii to Oakland will take about 17 hours inher vintage Lockheed Electra. Her trip will end Wednesday."I am very much looking forward to seeing my children," shesaid. Her children will be in Oakland to meet her, along with groupsof schoolchildren and local officials.Finch's plane is being monitored by a global positioningsatellite system, and updates are being posted on the Internet.
